Privacy Policy

Avian BD (“we”, “us”) makes handcrafted ribbon bouquets in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and runs avianbd.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.

• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Sign in with Google — if you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.
• Orders — the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address, your chosen delivery date and time slot, gift notes, and what you ordered.
• Messages — what you send through the contact form, reviews you post, and your email address if you join our newsletter.
• Technical data — your IP address and basic request details, used to keep the site secure (for example, to slow down repeated failed sign-in attempts).

We don't collect card details: orders are paid by cash on delivery or another method shown at checkout.

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To make, deliver and support your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To send account emails such as verification codes, password resets and order confirmations.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To answer your messages and to protect the site against abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only where needed to run the shop:

• Delivery partners — the recipient's name, phone number and address, so the bouquet can be delivered.
• Hostinger — hosts the website, its database and our email.
• Google — only when you use Sign in with Google.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Information we receive from Google is used only to create your Avian BD account and sign you in. We don't share it with anyone else, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We keep your account details until you ask us to delete your account. Order records are kept as long as we need them for deliveries, returns, accounting and the law. Security logs are kept only for a short time.

The site is served only over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, sign-in sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies, and only authorised staff can open the admin area. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

You can view and update your details from your account page. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, email avianbd06@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll let account holders know by email.
