Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avian BD website and any order you place with us. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

“Avian BD”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Avian BD, Chattogram, Bangladesh.

Our bouquets are handcrafted from ribbon and finished in glitter. Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in shape, shade and arrangement from the product photos are natural and are not considered defects.

Colours can look slightly different on screen than in person depending on your device. Ribbon bouquets are decorative items; they are not suitable for small children to play with and should be kept away from water and direct heat.

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We may update prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email or phone. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery details — and will refund any amount already paid in full.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available. For made-to-order or custom bouquets we may ask for full or partial advance payment before work begins. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Since each bouquet is made to order, please allow time for crafting before dispatch. Estimated delivery dates shown on the site are our best estimate and are not guaranteed, especially during festivals, public holidays, strikes or severe weather.

Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.

You can cancel an order free of charge before we have confirmed it. Once crafting has started, standard orders can no longer be cancelled, and custom or personalised bouquets are non-refundable.

If your bouquet arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing it, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, or by mobile banking for cash-on-delivery orders.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

All content on this site — including product designs, photographs, text, logos and graphics — belongs to Avian BD or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Sharing photos of your own purchase on social media is always welcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Avian BD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 of Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
